Pricing

I make my prices as affordable as possible for my customers. I know firsthand how expensive quilting can be, and I want to help lower the cost for you.

Quality Quilting Pricing

Quilt Pricing:

  • King – approx. $160

  • Queen – approx. $130

  • Full – approx. $110

  • Twin – approx. $85

  • Lap – approx. $65

  • Baby - approx. $35

  • Runner/wall-hanging – approx. $15-20

Optional Additional Charges:

Thread:

  • Single-colored thread is included in the cost of the quilting 

  • An extra charge will apply for specialty or variegated thread (varies)

  • If more than one thread color is used on the quilt top, a $5.00 charge will be added for each additional color

Batting:

  • I carry Hobbs' 80/20 poly/cotton batting that has a low loft.  It has a 3% shrink in the wash, so the shrinkage will be minimal.  The cost is $2.00 per 1 foot x 8 foot strip (12 inches x 96 inches), so a queen size quilt would be about $20.  I buy in bulk, so I’m able to pass along the savings to my customers.

  • I also have oversized batting available if needed. 

Binding Pricing:

  • King – $25

  • Queen – $20

  • Full – $20

  • Twin – $15

  • Lap – $15

  • Baby/runner/wall-hanging – $5-10

Piecing of Backing or Fixing Holes:

  • The price is based on the time it takes.  I charge $20 per hour  (a simple pieced back with one seam is about $8.50)

Promotions:

I have several promotions that I offer my customers:

  • 10% off the first quilt that I finish for you

  • If you refer a new customer to me, they will get the standard 10% off their first quilt, and you will also get 10% off the next quilt that you bring in (ask me about how I track this)

  • Have five quilt tops finished by Quality Quilting, and get 20% off your 6th quilt (I keep punch cards for you)

I require payment in full when the quilt is completed.  No down-payment is necessary.  Cash, checks, or Venmo are accepted.
